Description of the home

We are currently looking for a new housemate :-) The 3 storey townhouse is located right on the edge of Fitzroy, Collingwood, Fitzroy North and Clifton Hill. Big, bright, spacious and modern with lots of natural light! !
3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and multiple balconies.

Lots of living space and large kitchen. We are tidy people looking for like minded souls to enjoy this house. We work hard and have long days so when we come home, we like to unwind with a beer or wine. is an easy walk to collingwood/fitzroy and the 86 tram is at the front door.

Adam, runs a bar in fitzroy. Works long hours, enjoys a friendly chat / glass of wine, and is always followed around by the big puppy dog in the house; Louis! Louis is a 4y.o portuguese water dog (they dont shed hair, so are usually not a problem for people that typicaly get dog allergies)

Your second housemate is Justin. Justin works as an engineer, is super friendly, clean around the house, respectful and enjoys a chilled evening, chat and socialising. Justin works from home a couple days a week.

We know how to be good housemates, respect space, and be considerate/mindful and we tend to live with people who are the same. We are in our late 20's to late 30's, "young" professionals working full time 🙂

Free street parking available, including no time limit spots just a 1 minute walk away.

We are looking for a housemate who wishes to stay 12months+ and is willing to come on the house lease. Bills are approx $95 month (electricity/water/gas/nbn wifi)

Bedroom Description:
Modern room with polished floorboards and built in wardrobe space and shelving. Queen bed / bed side table supplied if desired (no charge). Large bathroom shared with one other person (Justin). $320 week rent ($1386 month)
