3 bedroom 3 storey home in Clifton Hill/Collingwood, just off Alexander Parade.
Close to Smith Street, 86 tramline, Clifton Hill/Victoria Park train station. Lots of nice pubs/bars around and darling gardens.
The house has 3 en-suite rooms, 2 on the top floor which are occupied by me and another housemate, the room available is on the ground floor.
The room also comes unfurnished but happy to help out with this if needed.
Rent is roughly $1520 month / $380 a week roughly.
