3 bedroom 3 bathroom 3 storey home in Clifton Hill/Collingwood, just off Alexander Parade.
Close to Smith Street, 86 tramline, Clifton Hill/Victoria Park train station. Lots of nice pubs/bars around and close to darling gardens and Edinburgh gardens.
The house has 3 en-suite rooms, 2 on the top floor which are occupied by me and the other housemate Josh, the room available is on the ground floor. Open plan kitchen / dining room / living room with balcony and separate WC on the middle floor. House receives really good natural light.
The room available has some furniture in currently that the current housemate may be willing to sell, if not happy for someone to bring their own furniture.
Rent is roughly $1520 month / $380 a week roughly.

George:
30, from the UK. Working in HR in the city. Works from home 3 days a week on average with an office in their bedroom. Enjoy socialising and meeting friends on the weekend, but also chilling out and going to the gym during the week.
Josh:
27, also from the UK. Working in legal in the city, works from the office mostly but occasionally from home. Also pretty social, usually out and about on the weekend but chilled during the week.
Looking for someone who is social, enjoys the occasional drink together and is chilled during the week as we both work Mon-Fri. We occasionally like to host friends over for drinks and stuff from time to time on weekends. Me and Josh are good friends and regularly hang out in the evening/on weekends together so would be keen to have someone who matches that and will come out with us but appreciate everyone also has their own life and downtime.
We’re keen for the house to very much be a home for everyone there and that we’re all able to use the space as they want from time to time, but be respectful of the others living there at the same time. We don’t have any formal cleaning schedule or anything, we keep the place tidy and clean but more so all just chuck in.
Room is available from roughly mid June but our current housemate (who is moving interstate) is flexible and we may be able to sort something for the right person.
