We have a delightful room with park views, in a huge house with plenty of storage and parking for days! The house is adjacent to parklands, 2 storeys high and has a huge lounge/living area and spacious backyard. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs in case you've had to do that weird jog-walk home cos you underestimated how badly you needed one. For those working from home, there are a few nooks to set up your own home office.

The location is great if you love being able to stroll over the road and set up a picnic blanket for some summer bevvos, pat the million+ dogs that frequent the park or enjoy a run/walk/ride along Merri Creek. We are 5-10 minutes from Clifton Hill train station and 10-15 minutes from the 86 line tram.

Dan is a chef by trade and can often be found lurking in the living room at ridiculous hours in the AM.

We're all in our 30’s, work during the week (Zali works some weekends) and don’t mind a few cheeky beverages or 2 on the weekend. We each have our own lives and our own spaces but also get along great and are more often than not hanging out in the common areas of the house.
