We are renting a room with double bed in it
Room is furnished / unfurnished if you prefer
We have out door toilet and laundry with kitchen and dining room. There is no air con but coming into winter that shouldn’t be an issue. There is no lounge but we all watch tv in respective room.

Looking for someone to join our home in a spacious, fully furnished room with a shared bathroom. The house is older but has a great energy and vibe that you'll feel right away. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and tidy space—this is really important to us as we believe it’s all about respect and fairness.
We’re not a party house, and we don’t have many friends over as we understand that it can be annoying when you want your own space to relax. We do enjoy a casual catch-up dinner once a month.

We pretty much live our own lives independently and don’t really eat together maybe occasionally a bbq. We are all on a mission to reach our own goals. We don’t mind the occasional chat but mostly keep to ourselves
