We are looking for another responsible, clean and respectful person to join us in our cosy townhouse with a small backyard. We have an open living area, powder room and laundry downstairs. Bedrooms and shared bathroom are upstairs.
The townhouse is close to various amenities including public transport (trams 19 and 58 and the Upfield train line). It takes only 20 minutes to get to the city on the train and 30 via tram. We're only 10 minute walk from Coles Coburg North, Snap fitness and GoodLife gyms, . Not to mention Officeworks, Bunnings, Harvey Norman, the famous O'Heas Bakery & Deli, Blu Fish and Chips and other eateries and takeaways. Palace Cinemas Pentridge is only a 15 minute walk away.
