• Rent: $1000 per month + bills (split equally between housemates)

• Sunny first-floor room filled with afternoon sunshine
• Share a bathroom with only one other person-plenty of privacy!
• Beautiful balcony overlooking Merri Creek, with plants and a relaxing vibe
• Fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ducted heating & cooling

Your Housemates:
You’ll be living with three women aged 25-34:
• 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, 1 pescatarian
• Friendly, respectful, and fun-they enjoy weekly housemate dinner - nature, yoga, crafts, trivia, dance, gigs, reading, cooking, skating, board games, biking, hiking, gardening, and social drinks

What We’re Looking For:
• Someone neat, tidy, and responsible who will help keep the house clean / looking after the plants whilst I am away
• Ideally vegan or vegetarian, or willing to avoid eating meat inside the house
• Positive vibes only-no racism or negativity
