The room is in a bright and airy 2-bedroom house close to the Merri/Coburg Lake and Coburg Hill shops. Comes complete with a ‘landlord’s special’ paint job and the classic lawn/concrete/lemon tree combo. A peaceful spot with friendly neighbours on all sides. Tram 11 leaves from Gilbert Rd (10 mins walk away).

House has all the essentials but there’s space throughout to add your things (previous housie took a bunch of plants/furniture when he moved in with his partner so there’s a couple of gaps, FYI).

You’d be sharing with one other, Grace (she/her), 36 y/o. I’m a full-time student doing a masters of occupational therapy, and two days a week I work at special needs schools in education support. My main interests include music/community radio, reading, hiking, gardening, and film. Am an open-minded and friendly person, always up for a chat but lead a mostly busy and independent life these days (uni takes up a lot of my time). I eat a mainly plant-based diet.

Open to any couple/person keen to create a nice vibe, good with communication, etc. Must be OK with going on the lease. Would be great to fill the room asap but can be flexible with dates.
