The unit is cozy and peaceful, it's fully furnished and there's the creek as front garden.

Great location - it doesn't seem to be in the city but everything is close by- shops, pharmacy, bus stop, gym, bicycle path - and the neighbors are the best!

The unit has a little kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, laundry, a lounge room with a split system and a view on the creek. Outside, a beautiful veranda, a little veggie garden and two spots to park off street. Rent is $250/w bills not included. Bond is $1000.

One room is available from February, another one from April 2026. With the right person already in, we can discuss options - one of them being renting my room to someone you will choose to live with. Otherwise you can have the unit all by yourself.

If you're interested, please keep on reading: I am looking for someone who is reliable enough to care for my cat, Sofia, who needs affection too, for the plants and for the house in general (cleaning it and maintaining it as it is). Someone with great communication skills too so we can fix any problem that may arise even though I'll be on the other side of the world. If you'll need to be away from home you should be fine with having a house sitter to stay at our place to look after Sofia. I can arrange that but if you could facilitate and make it happen that'd be fantastic. Basically I am offering you a period of 'guided training' about living here on you own and then a place all for you but you need to be trustworthy and responsible ;)
