Sadly ... our Lovely housemate Kimberly is escaping the Melbourne winter and moving upto sunny Queensland thus opening up a unique opportunity to join our Lovely inner north home.
The house has a large comfortable lounge room, brimming with records and art, a fantastic dining room/activitys room, and a stunning little tropical courtyard with attached garage!! House is fun and quirky , living behind an adorable little Record Store (Ricks Records). The house is an old converted recording studio and has lots of room for activities 🙂
Nice family housemate vibes, we enjoy hanging out together and the occasional dinner party/gathering but definitely not a party house
Amazing location ... Situated on Johnston Street in the heart of Collingwood, super close to Smith St and Brunswick St ... Surrounded by fantastic cafes, bars and galleries ... trams , trains and buses all within a few blocks !!!
You will be living with 2 other people... Rick (Film maker, Record Store Owner and Venue Co-ordinator) and Caroline (Drone pilot , engineer , free climber and the loveliest human this side of Hoddle St) !! We are easy going , creative and all round top shelf humans .. we enjoy a wine , a conga line , tasty bites and netflix nights !!!
The Room is mediumishhh sized (just under 3m x 4m ) with super high ceilings , freshly painted white walls and is bathed in natural night. Rent is $898 per Month (water and gas included) + bond ($400)
Room is available from the 13th of July onwards , so we are looking for someone to move in ASAP really !!
