Home Description

Description of the home

Hey I'm Lee.

About the occupants
Why not move into our place, instead of someone else's set up?

Me, I'm 44, outgoing, friendly and clean up after myself.

I gym several times a week, trying to be healthy, I gave up smokes 3 months ago but I'm open to sharing with outside smokers. I don't have pets but I love most dogs.

I work in the Uni sector Mon-Fri 8-6. I have a busy social life and I'm very relaxed and open minded.

I've decided to find and set up a new place. We can decide which place will be our new home and then arrange our furniture, art, photos etc

If you're new to Melb, happy to help you settle in and share some favourite hidden gems.

if we click, why not come with me and inspect some properties.
Compatible people
I am very respectful of people's privacy, space and things. I'm looking for the same in my new house mate.

I'm keen to share with someone who communicates easily, is positive and happy, who can be social at home without feeling like we need to do everything together.

I prefer to keep most food seperate. I'm not fussed about cooking/eating together - but if it happens, cool.

It'd be great to find someone relatively independent but relaxed enough to have a beer/wine/etc at home when we're both chilling.
