The house has a large living and dining area, an open plan kitchen with a large kitchen island/bench and loads of storage space.
The sun comes through in the afternoon, and each window has sheer curtains for filtering light.
There's a modern and strong aircon system in the lounge, internet and two bathrooms.
The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower, plenty of natural light and the toilet is separate.
It has a huge fully enclosed backyard, a garage with automatic roller door and a driveway to fit one car. The yards are tidy, healthy and well maintained with trees lining the front and backyard. The backyard is a great size with an undercover area and a firepit for communal use, perfect for entertaining guests!
The house is 5 minutes away from Craigieburn shopping centre, Craigieburn aquatic centre, 10 mins from the train station and a number of cute little parks and lakes. There's a convenience store right around the corner as well as a bus stop to the station a 30 second walk away.

I train at the gym, I love to cook, and in my downtime I love making art, playing guitar, spending quality time with friends and playing video games.
I'm not big on parties or clubbing, and I prefer a quiet tidy space at home without drugs or people constantly coming in and out. Occasional gatherings and parties are A okay with me!
I enjoy chatting and hanging out here and there, and sharing meals together but generally I prefer to keep to myself in my downtime while I enjoy my many hobbies.
