1 room and private bath in a 2 bedroom share in the north end of Craigieburn

This north facing town house has soo much potential. With only one other housemate, you'll never feel crowded and the park and nature reserve directly next door will have you in tune with nature as you enjoy a convenient moments walk from 2 medium shopping complexes, and a cornerstore/milk bar just down the road right next to a great pizza joint.

The neighbours are friendly and helpful. They hold a little fire I pit in their courtyard every so often and everyone's invited to join and just relax.

There is a balcony to catch all the sun and warm the tiled living area upstairs and a split system to regulate that perfect comfortable temperature. While the downstairs bedroom on the southern end will stay nice and cool all summer long.

2 bathrooms means one for each housemate. Both finished well and modern. The available downstairs bedroom has a detached bathroom with double shower and bath.

In the kitchen there's a dishwasher, brand new air fryer, microwave, fridge, high quality rice cooker, many more appliances.
Cleaning is easy with a Dyson cordless vacuum, and steam mop for easy cleaning!. I have an LG smart washing machine. Dryer for those rainy days, and clothes horse. I have NDIS cleaners that come once a fortnight. This won’t cost you anything.
Outside in the courtyard is a small washing line and I've laid some synthetic grass to make the area more comfortable.
The house has Superloop NBN FTTP 1000mbps, with a kick ass modem/router providing strong WiFi around the whole house.
TV with aerial, and Google TV.

There's also a google doorbell, so you always know when you packages have arrived, and who's at the door, even when you're not home.

Bills are split evenly.
The above approximations are based on a single person occupying the home so they may increase slightly 🙂

I am a Lead-Tenant, Not a Landlord. This is not a sublet of just a single room. You will have access to the rest of the house, with the exception of the normal housemate respect for the privacy of our bedrooms
