About occupants
About me:
I work in theatre/arts and keep a fairly structured routine. I’m friendly and easy to live with, but I value privacy and downtime at home. I have a small indoor dog called Benji, he is a Cavoodle, very friendly and beloved by all who meet him.
Compatible people
Looking for a respectful, low-key housemate to share a calm and well-kept home.

This is a good fit for someone who values their own space and has an established routine outside the house. It’s not a super social or “share everything” environment — more of a peaceful base to come home to.

About you:
• Independent and considerate
• Busy with work/study/social life outside the house
• Not working from home full-time (or at least not based in common areas all day)
• Comfortable with a quieter household dynamic

Dog lover a must!

The dynamic:
This would suit someone who prefers a more independent living situation rather than a built-in social household. Happy to chat when we cross paths, but equally comfortable doing our own thing.

If that sounds like your kind of space, send a message with a bit about your routine and what you’re looking for in a home.
Description of pets
Small cavoodle called Benji. Very chill and low maintenance, always by my side.
