I’m 46 and own a three-bedroom house in Richmond. I’m looking for a housemate who values a calm, respectful home and is comfortable with a bit of independence and personal space.
The room setup is a great option for someone who likes having their own zone, as it comes with a bedroom, its own living room, and a private bathroom with shower. A parking permit is also included, which is gold in Richmond and only slightly less mythical than a unicorn.
I work from home and share the house with my cat, Gully, so being an animal lover is absolutely non-negotiable. The home would suit someone who is easygoing, considerate, clean, and happy living in a space that is friendly but not overly intense or chaotic.
