Hi everyone, I'm looking for two housemates to move into a 3-bedroom place in Deer Park/Carinlea, Melbourne.
The really large room is available now as my housemate has got a job interstate.
The other room is available from Saturday the 20th of September as my housemate has purchased a property.
This will be to live with myself, another lovely housemate and my super friendly three year-old cat Charlie:)

A bit about me:
I'm in my 30's, work full-time in media, communications and engagement PR, love the outdoors, dancing, travelling, seeing friends, moved over from NZ 7 years ago. I'm a social, easy going, friendly, tidy person.

A bit about the place:

Rent for really large room $210 per week or $840 monthly (excludes bills, includes Netflix:)
Rent for medium size room $200 weekly $800 monthly (excludes bills, includes Netflix:)
4 weeks bond
No smokers or couples sorry
Ideally looking for someone to stay longer term - minimum of 6 months
5 minute walk to supermarket, cafes, shops
5 minute walk to the beautiful Kororoit Creek and other parks
2 off-street car-parking spots
2 minute walk to schools
Both rooms have a good sized wardrobe
The place is fully furnished (bedroom furnished will be available if needed)
10 minute walk to Deer Park station
4 minute drive to both Albion Station and Deer Park Stations with loads of parking
