Hi everyone, I'm looking for two new housemates to move into a 3-bedroom place in Deer Park. It's available from Friday 7 June 2024. This will be to live with me and my super friendly two year-old cat Charlie:)

A bit about me:
I'm in my 30's, work full-time in media, communications and engagement PR, love the outdoors, dancing, travelling, seeing friends, moved over from NZ 6 years ago and go to a church in Footscray. I'm a social, easy going, friendly, tidy person.

10 minute walk to Deer Park station
5 minute drive to both Albion Station and Watergarden Stations
Rent $205 per week or $820 monthly (plus bills)
4 weeks bond
No smokers or couples sorry
5 minute walk to supermarket, cafes, shops
5 minute walk to the beautiful Kororoit Creek and other parks
3 off-street car-parking spots
2 minute walk to schools
Both rooms are double bedrooms with a large wardrobe in each
The place is fully furnished (bedroom furnished will be available if needed)
