Description of the home

The property is located in Docklands in the free tram zone at the limit of the CBD near Southern Cross Station. There are 2 tram stops 2 min away making it very handy to head into the city or the docks. The property is very lucky to have lots of natural light and a balcony going the whole length of the apartment. The apartment is furnished and bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The common area is big compared to other apartments. There is a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy sunshine and a view of the harbour. The building has a pool and a gym and a rooftop garden. Amenities such as high speed WiFi, gas, building fees and council rates are included but water, hot water and electricity are not included. Couples would be an additional 20$ per week.

I am 23 and currently studying at the University of Melbourne. I speak English, French, a bit of Spanish and a little bit of Italian. I’m quiet, clean and spend most of my days studying as I am a med student. I love going to the cinema and playing board games. I do come with a 2 year old cat (she is very gentle and a bit shy) and a part time boyfriend. I am looking for someone responsible, clean, who doesn’t smoke and preferably of similar age but everyone is welcome.

Description of pets
Callie is a very calm and sweet cat. She’s very gentle and has never bitten anyone. We keep her claws short but she doesn’t use them anyway except on her scratching pole. She is very curious though and loves to smell new scents. She does not know boundaries so be sure to keep your door closed if you don’t want her visiting you. Her litter box is in my bathroom so there are no smells in the apartment. She lives at two places so you won’t always see her around.
