Looking for a female housemate who is studying or working from home, so they could assist with my physiotherapy program in exchange for free rent just $110 to cover utilities - Includes all kitchen, laundry consumables plus unlimited internet and Netflix. looking for female who is around the house a lot to sometimes help out - if you’re working from home, studying from home or on disability at the moment.

I’m currently injured from a car accident and I’m home all the time but I’m resting a lot in my room and I’m only up 2 to 4 hours per day. My husband works long hours. It’s a very quiet household. My background is in social services. I have an honours degree in disability studies.

There are two living areas. you will have use of the ground floor living area with TV. the upstairs TV area my husband uses. I can’t sit on couches at the moment, so I’m mostly in my bedroom.

The spare room currently has a desk, King single bed with storage underneath and smart enabled tv. Included if preferred

We don’t smoke but smoking outside in the backyard is available

Would suit person who likes a quiet household because I have to rest a lot. I enjoy cooking, happy to share meals or you’re welcome to have separate food if you prefer.

please note the most important aspect of this offer is to discuss my rehabilitation support needs before agreeing to move in so that you feel comfortable assisting me, and in return we can offer 6+ months free accommodation which can hopefully help you save a lot 🙂

Ducted aircon in summer. In winter- remote control fan heater supplied in the bedroom. All furniture and linen/towels are provided. It’s a quiet street with free parking available. There is a total of five bedrooms. There would be a total four people in the house if you join us: myself, my husband, and 27 yr student. we don’t smoke but smoking is available outside. Large gourmet kitchen-separate fridge in the dining/living area provided for your use. Meals sharing optional-I love to cook but when I start my in-home therapy again, I won’t be cooking much. We are not a vegetarian household but vegetarian and vegans are welcome. Seperate fridge supplied. Everything needed to cook and prepare meals in the kitchen is provided. Bond is negotiable. Please note we do require three character references (either phone or written). Sorry we can’t accommodate pets or children at the moment. Included in your utilities payment is complimentary supply of all shared consumable
