The house is in a great location- a street away from the Fitzroy gardens and a 5 min walk to the MCG, for all of your sporting and greenery needs.
It’s a hop, skip and a jump to the centre of the city with Jolimont station 5 minutes walk away, which is one stop to Flinders, meaning you can get just about anywhere pretty quickly. The 75 and 48 tram also run from the same place.
There is an Aldi and a Coles about a 15min walk away or another Coles about 15 minutes on the 75 tram.
The house:

- 2 story home (your new room will be on the second floor).
- 2.5 bathrooms shared between 6 people.
- Lovely large kitchen with plenty of space for everyone to cook.
- There is a courtyard and a paved back yard which is awesome for a cheeky bevy and a catch up.
- The room is large 3.4 x 4m with enough room for a queen bed, a desk and a wardrobe. It has a nice big window for plenty of light and your own AC.
