Quite 4 bedroom home in Eltham with 24 yr male and 58 year female. The house is comfortable with ducted heating and cooling. Located Short 10 minute walk to the train, shops, bars, restaurants. Fm works full time and spends the weekend with her partner. Male student works hospitality shifts. We enjoy our own downtime when we are home.
