Looking for a mature, respectful male housemate (40+ preferred) to share a peaceful 3-bedroom home in Elwood with myself and a cheeky British Shorthair.
Home is my sanctuary — calm, clean and relaxed.
I’m quite social and active (sailing, beach, work), but the house itself is not a party house and suits someone who enjoys a quiet, comfortable home environment.
I work as a Support Worker with occasional night shifts in healthcare.
A like-minded, health-conscious and easy-going person would be ideal.
The house is fully furnished (you may need your own bed – TBC).
Huge bedroom with plenty of space.
Garage storage available if required.
Street parking.
