Great little gem just a stone throw away from restaurants, bars, chemist warehouse, bottle shops, gyms (church st) just a block away from Brighton road where there's a tram station to the city (literally 2 min away walking distance from the unit) and 10 min walking distance to Ripponlea train station or Balaclava train station. Located just 2 blocks away from St Kilda Botanical gardens, this place is a great combination between easy access to transport, great quality gardens (outdoor cinema, etc) and just 15 min away walking distance to Point Ormond Look out in Elwood, and most impportantly; The Beach!. Just 10 min walking distance to Acland street where you can find Whoolies and Coles, bunch of bars, pubs, restaurants, Luna park, etc. The place has a nice sized kitchen, separate lounge room where you'd be able to chill with my cats, (2 rescue tabbies), separate bathroom and toilet (shared with me) and the two rooms of the place are in two opposite sites of the place. There's also a little balcony with enough room to sit out and enjoy the landscape and natural scenary Elwood offers, and is conveniently located on the first floor of a secure entry building. Although there is no secure parking, there's always space to park around the unit
