It is 2 bedroom apartment with seperate rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen and a laundry room) and a balcony overlooking the quiet street that gets a beautiful morning sun. As well as on street parking there is a little backyard for any pets and also area hang up laundry. This art deco apartment has few knacks but is extremely practical. We’ve done it up to be a very vibey environment and super welcoming to anyone.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with a leather couch and a huge closet space as well as access to the balcony through windowed double doors! The bathroom is shared. And I have a dog who will be over he’s a very sweet teddy bear like small dog

Location wise it is about 10 minute walk from two coles (Balaclava and Acland st) And a 5 minute walk to the 67 tram which takes you straight to the city (20 minute ride) and also a quick walk to the 78 tram that takes you straight down chapel st. Balaclava train station is also a 10 minute walk away. 10 mins to the Beach and 3 mins from the St Kilda Botanical Garden!

I am studying at monash. I am a hospo demon. Currently only two jobs. But i like to have fun. i like to make friends. i’m very easy to get along with, if i do say so myself. but most the time i’m very chill and need to relax. I am a clean person. And i can’t stand unorganised environments but sometimes i can be a hypocrite, but if it’s cleaned up eventually and there is help around the house then i’m all chills. i play a lot of music, but i am respectful to peoples space. i’m learning the bass too. Also studying i need a chilled environment but needs to be lively full of good energy. always keen to have a drink or a chat or go for a boogie
