It is in one of Melbourne’s most sought-after, inner-suburbs only 7 kms from central Melbourne. It has a vibrant cafe culture with some 40 cafes, bars and restaurants on Melbourne's most popular beach. There are lots of gyms, medical clinics, several supermarkets and all other required retail outlets in the area. Elwood is next to the tourist mecca of St Kilda. The property has 2 landscaped garden spaces, a piano for use in one of 2 Lounge-rooms and heating in all rooms including a wood-heater. The house is close to all forms of public transport and a bike and helmet are available with cycling paths across the road all along the beach.
