there is set limit for all bills included every month or quater if it exceeds then it will be shared among all partners (food and groceries to be managed individually with names on it and dates on food at all times ( cleaning needs to be done by your self ( vaccum and mop facilities present at the property and need to done every weekly no exceptions ( on every use kitchen needs to be spotless clean for every use for people in the home. common area to be cleaned every week and notify others what is cleaned and by whom. no smoking in house or outside in property or drinking in common areas( enjoy in your own space and not to disturb others before or after partying.( mind the privacy for each other) no over stay for friends ( strickly prohibited).
