Description of the home

Hey I have an ensuite bedroom available at a two bedroom town house. Rent is 360 per week with the month total being $1440. Bills are separate. Communal furniture is already here. You only need to furnish your bedroom. Car park is also available. Your bedroom will be on the top floor, communal sitting room/ kitchen area and balcony is on the 1st floor. My room is on the bottom floor. There is also a communal toilet on the first floor for guests. The 59 tram stop is right outside and is close to restaurants and shopping centers. Also you will have your own fridge here for you. Train station is a 15 min walk.

Looking for someone who is calm and likes doing their own thing. Not suitable for people who like having after parties or things like that. Social parties at appropriate times are welcome. I work full time as a nurse so I do shift work, nights and weekend shifts. Friendly and sociable but also I also like to do my own thing. Great area to have your own privacy and has all kitchen and clothes washing amenities.

Available to move in immediately. Will need to organize a viewing and a chat first to see if we vibe well. Bond and first month rent will also be essential. Looking for 12 month lease but will consider six months minimum.

Rent is 360 per week (1440 per month), internet bill is $100 per month ( will be divided between us), electric(monthly) and gas (2months) ranges from 150-250 and divide into half.
