Sun-filled room available to rent NOW, in large 3-bedroom house.

I have a room to rent in my MASSIVE house in Fawkner, until May 2025 (next to Coburg) $150 p/w. There's a comfy couch, that easily folds out into a King Single bed (if you need it) My house is very spacious, with lounge and dining rooms, and 2 bathrooms, one of which can be yours. There's also a big backyard, with a garden and veggie patch.
Off-street parking is an option, the bus stops literally outside the house, or it's a short walk to the train station that goes direct to Melbourne central.
You'd be sharing with me, when I'm around : actor, singer, teacher.
*And Obi-Bun Kenobi, my Netherlands dwarf rabbit, who is delightful, self-sufficient, and excellent company when I'm often away.
