Description of the home

We are three doctors (Ben, Mihindu & Sarang) in our mid-late twenties living in the upstairs quarters of a beautiful church in North Fitzroy, just opposite Edinburgh Gardens. The place is fairly recently renovated, amazing views of the city from nearly every room. Tram lines on the doorstep (Brunswick and Nicholson st) and surrounded by great cafes etc. The church still runs as a church downstairs, you can often see people milling around outside for Sunday mass or Pilates class during the week - it's really quite funny and we rarely have any noise transference upstairs. We have our own private entrance. Nb. We are all non-beliebers (atheists).

Our very large apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a terrace. The room for rent will fit a queen bed, has a built in robe, and air conditioning/heating. The room also includes an adjacent semi-private space, which is easily big enough to fit a desk and chair. The water and gas bills are covered by the church, but we pay for our electricity and WiFi separately. A parking permit can be arranged for an additional cost.

Unfortunately, our housemate is moving back to Ireland. Now we have a spare room that we need you to fill. We sometimes work weird hours and have runs of night shifts, so we need someone that is respectful of this when we need to sleep during the day, and isn't on meth.

Bills and expenses

The water and gas bills are covered by the church, but we pay for our electricity and wifi (unlimited, $15 each per month) separately
