Room is available for 1 - 3 months, starting at any date.

THE HOUSE: Victoria Street, Footscray. The house is lovely and bright. It's a 4 minute walk to Middle Footscray station, and about 5 mins to the centre of Footscray and a Coles. There's also a bus stop 20 seconds from the house. There is a lovely back patio that gets lots of light and where you can store your bicycle if you have one or catch some sunbathing. The shower is 'walk in' and there is a bath. I have a laundry with a washer. There is A/C-Heating in the communal area. It's just a really lovely space with a nice chilled out energy where you can feel at home.

IDEAL HOUSEMATE: I'm looking to live with a laid back, friendly, tidy person who is aged 25+. If you like watching a movie together in the evening or grabbing a drink sometime that's always welcome but I also understand not everybody is so sociable :) Because I work from home a lot I would prefer if the new housemate does not also work from home. Also, if you like cats that is a real bonus as Pickle and Teddy are very friendly. I've lived with many housemates over the years and so know how important it is to create a homely home.
