About the property
The property is a very spacious and well maintained apartment in a quiet yet convenient area accessible to all forms of transport to get to anywhere in Melbourne. It has two bathrooms, a balcony, and plenty of parking near the property. We are very close to Gardiner station, Snap Fitness, and Tram 72 that goes to Camberwell Market and shops (10 mins).

You will be sharing the house with two other people: Jamie and Bruce. Jamie is a healthcare professional who enjoys physical outdoor pursuits and being in nature. He is sociable but enjoys calmer hobbies around the house as well when needing to recharge. Bruce is a teacher with a passion for music, travel, and good conversation. Sociable, easygoing, and always up for a chat, but also knows the value of personal space and quiet time.
We are very welcoming and accepting of people of all various backgrounds so we expect the same for our new housemate. We would love someone who can join us occasionally and bond as a household unit.
