Description of the home
Neat, updated two-story townhouse in quiet suburban street. Fifteen minute walk from the shops, supermarket and train station, and five minute drive from the City Link. Lots of coffee shops nearby, and the Boeing Reserve Parklands is a short walk away.
Current housemate are a man and a woman, both full-time employees in our 30's. We mostly live upstairs, so you would have most of the downstairs space to yourself (with a shared kitchen, laundry and courtyard).

Riyana - 33, works in television production. Competes in medieval sword fighting tournaments. Hobbies are DnD, painting, reading and sewing. Rhys - 37, works in education. Interests are writing and illustration, reading and playing music (bassist and guitarist).

We like to keep a fairly social house - occasional dinners and movie nights together, and friends who live locally. However we both come and go fairly regularly, usually spending a few nights each week away for work, travel or staying with partners.
