We have already completely decked out the house with all the utilities a person could need. All that would be required is your lovely self and your personal effects. We have lots of gear and are more than negotiable at sharing/giving some of our belongings should it be agreeable. 😊

We are looking for someone between 20-30 years old who enjoys a quiet lifestyle who is responsible, friendly and respectful. Being a very clean and independent individual is a must. We are more a netflix and chill house and prefer to get our drama from HBO. Animal friendly considering we have a 3rd family member. You will also need to be reliable in terms of helping out with maintaining a happy home and paying rent on time. No couples or extra pets unfortunately.
