Looking for the right housemate who is okay with my two sons living with me half the week ages 7 and 10. Rest of the week I’m alone and the house is very large, nice and extremely clean and tidy. Offering large master bedroom with modern en-suite bathroom, huge walk in robe. Space for own thin fridge in kitchen. Ideally someone who can contain the majority of their furniture in the large bedroom as I have a particular set up. Prefer a single tenant, no couples.

I’m a busy dad who works from home and in Collingwood running my own creative business. I am very clean and can only offer the home to someone who is also very clean and won’t be leaving dishes in the sink or cluttering up the shared spaces with furniture. Prefer not to have house guests as our privacy and development of my boys is my top priority. Must be D&D free and relatively quiet. Prefer no additional furniture outside of the master bedroom space but there's enough space for an additional small fridge in the kitchen.
