**Two bedrooms to yourself**

You will be living in the main 3-bedroom home with Mark (35yo in Construction). Mark rents the master bedroom and you’ll rent the remaining 2 rooms. The previous housemate used one as a bedroom and the other as a study/office.

Samuel (38yo working in medical) lives in a self-contained, semi-detached unit at the back of the property with his own entrance. He is completely self contained but just used the inside laundry.

The house is large and private, covered by gardens at the front it opens to a beautiful, open and light filled patio at the back. The place is ideal for a share house, it has a huge open plan kitchen, separate lounge, dining room and a large laundry. Bathroom has a bath and large shower. The toilet is separate.

The house is walking distance to Montmorency shops and the train station. There is a bus at the door which is 5mins to the Greensborough Plaza. Doncaster Westfield is a 10mins drive and there is the Lower Plenty shops with an Aldi just down the road.

About occupants
You will be living with Mark (35) who works in construction, likes to fly fish in the weekends and enjoys cooking and podcasts. Mark is self-sufficient, friendly, clean and enjoys a quiet, relaxed home.

Samuel (38) lives in the self contained unit with his own entrance. He works full time managing a medical training facility. Aside from when he pops inside to do his laundry you will hardly see him.
Compatible people
Ideally we’re looking for someone similar to us, working full time, self sufficient, tidy, and who takes pride in shared spaces (no couples please). We’re both reliable, always pay rent on time, and contribute fairly to bills.

We really value a calm and tidy home environment and are definitely past the party stage of life! Generally we keep things quiet and relaxed. It would be great to live with someone who enjoys a similar kind of home atmosphere.
