The unit is located in a quiet and friendly court with really nice and helpful neighbours. It is about a 7-minute walk from the beach and a 12-minute walk to the train station where the Sandringham line will take you directly into the city.

Heaps of shops and cafes are just up the street, and the Hampton Woolworths is just a 12-minute walk away.

The house has an open-plan lounge room and kitchen with a built-in pantry. The kitchen leads out into a laundry room, which in turn leads out to a sunny and spacious backyard. The toilet and bathroom are separate.

There is split-system's in the lounge and each bedroom.

There is off-street parking.

The rent per calendar month for the unit is $1,170.50 ($270 per week) plus 2 weeks bond.
