It is about a 7-minute walk to the beach and a 12-minute walk to the train station where the Sandringham line will take you directly into the city. There are lots of shops and cafes just up the street in the Hampton street shopping strip, and a new Coles opening soon is just a 2-minute walk away.

The villa unit has an open-plan lounge room and kitchen with a built-in pantry. The kitchen leads out into a laundry room, which in turn leads out to a sunny and spacious backyard. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is a hot & cold split-system in the lounge and each bedroom. There is off-street parking available or free, unlimited parking on the street.

The villa unit is fully furnished however you will need your own bedroom items or I can provide a Queen airbed, bedding, desk & chair - just let me know. The rent per calendar month for the unit is $1,287 ($297 per week).
