Happy for you to stay long term .
This is a lovely
peaceful house
with central heating throughout.
The room is quiet and cosy with full length blinds
It has some built in robes double bed and chest of draws .
Spacious lounge and spacious kitchen which looks onto a secluded garden . Plenty of cupboard space available in the kitchen .
As I’m a professional piano playing person ( the responsible type ) I’m out most nights so there’s lots of space to relax 🏡
10 minute walk to Mckinnon train station or
It’s 5 minutes walk to the 64 tram stop which is next to the Hawthorn rd. shops and cafes .
Trams run every 20 minutes to the city via St Kilda .
Plenty of free safe parking in front of house 🚗
Also there is a separate indoor laundry with 2nd toilet and some storage available in the locked garage .
Hoping to find someone who is working full time, tidy and respectful, likes an occasional chat but happy to do their own thing.
