Have got a room available in our lovely 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home in Hawthorn!
Room is available 03 August at the earliest, and ideally could move in by the end of August. Rent is $1280 per calendar month (for a single, this would increase a little for a couple) + bills (split evenly). Bond is $1333. Must be able to sign onto the lease with the remaining housemates

• Mixed guys and girls - all super lovely, clean, tidy. Always down for a yap, but also respectful of people having their own space.
• Remy, 26, Australian, works full-time as a professional tennis coach.
• Kate, 27, is from Ireland originally and works full-times as a support worker. Shares one of the rooms with Remy
• Jack, 24, is studying, and his room has also become available as he is moving out with his girlfriend
