Hi, I’m Nell. I have a private room available in my place (Hawthorn), 7 minutes walk to Auburn station, 10 minutes walk to Glenferrie! Bills and unlimited internet are included in rent. The apartment comes with a washing machine and a fully furnished living room and kitchen. Ideally looking for someone who is working, is tidy, respectful and isn’t allergic to cats, as I have a friendly cat living here. Prefer a quiet home, so no frequent guests. I’m friendly and easygoing but also respect personal space. I work in nursing 4-6 days a week and usually stay home with a cat on my days off.
Note: Move-in date is flexible in May, but rent will start on the 11th of May.
