Hi all,

I have a room available in a gorgeous top floor art deco apartment right in the border of Richmond. It is only available for one month and you would have the apartment to yourself almost the entire time as I will be away.

The building is perfectly maintained and is in a block of only four apartments. It's a very quiet and leafy neighbourhood but a short trip into Richmond and the city etc, would suit people who like a bit of quiet at home, but want to be close to all the fun things.

You'd be living with me, a 31 year old male grad lawyer. I work full time so keep it pretty chilled at home, but am always up for a chat and a drink etc.

The rent is ~$1000 a month, but open to discussion of that.
