Hi there! I’m Luke, and I’m looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to rent an unfurnished room in my unit. I’m in my mid-30s and working full time (WFH some days). The unit is cozy, safe and well-located.

The nearest supermarkets are in Ivanhoe (Coles and Woolworths) and Heidelberg West (Aldi). There’s a bus stop just around the corner from the unit. The 548 bus goes to Ivanhoe Station.

You will be renting the downstairs bedroom with your own ensuite.
