1 room available to rent in townhouse located in Heidelberg Heights.
Very close to Latrobe Uni, RMIT bundoora, Austin Hospital & Northland!

House is fully furnished, room has heating and air-conditioning.
Shared bathroom/toilet for the two rooms upstairs and another toilet downstairs.

I'm a 30 year old male, currently working from home a few days a week.
I'm very easy going and enjoy the gym, hanging with my friends and listening/making music!

The house is relaxed, tidy and mostly quiet environment.

Looking for one more who would fit the vibe to move in end of March.
Preference to a female as the bathroom will be shared with current housemate who is female.
