The available room is a spacious spare bedroom that offers plenty of natural light and room for your belongings. You’ll share a clean, well-maintained bathroom with one other housemate.
The home is in a prime location — just a short walk to local shops, supermarkets, and less than 500m from Oakleigh train station (don’t worry, train noise isn’t an issue!). Monash University is also within walking distance, making it ideal for students or professionals alike.
The house is fully furnished, including a modern kitchen with utensils, fridge, dishwasher, TV, and clothes washing machine — everything you need to settle in comfortably.
You’ll be leasing directly from the landlord, and we’re looking for someone friendly and reliable to share our welcoming home with.

We're looking for a new roommate to join our friendly two-story house! A current tenant is moving out after two years to live with his girlfriend, and we have a room available.
You’ll be sharing the space with a 25-year-old female lab technician from New Zealand. She is friendly and enjoys her privacy, typically sharing the kitchen and lounge area only occasionally. With a full-time job from Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 3 PM, she values a quiet environment and is usually in her room by early evening.
