Housemate moving out early June, 2026. Earlier move-in can be negotiated.

🏪 Located across Chadstone Shopping Centre and Bus loop interchange (5 min walk)
🚄10 min walk from Hughesdale train station. Stop of the new express Metro Tunnel line - direct connection to city.

2-bedrooms apartment, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, European laundry, car park (read below for balcony)
The vacant room is BEDROOM 1 (I stay in the smaller one)

🚩AU$268/pw NON-NEGOTIABLE (water, electricity, and internet bills excluded)

Room is unfurnished but common areas are already furnished. Me and the person moving out originally paid for all shared appliances.

RENT IS LOWER COMPARED TO OTHER PROPERTIES NEXT TO CHADSTONE BECAUSE THE BALCONY HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED (balcony is inaccessible to date).

The apartment will be shared with me only (2 people)
