The house is a short walk to the Hughesdale station, close to bus stops, and a short commute to Monash University. Chadstone shopping centre is a walking distance away, or a very short bus ride or drive away.

Local restaurants, IGA, pharmacy a short walkable distance away.

Bedroom comes fully furnished with brand new mattress but if you have your own furniture — that’s okay too!

This bedroom has a lovely outside view of the backyard garden. It’s located right next to the shared sun room area that is welcome to be finished with your belongings as well.

You’ll have your own bathroom that sits directly across from the bedroom, although the shared laundry appliances are housed there.
