Description of the home

We are looking to fill the 3rd room in our sharehouse, to sign onto our lease. Our housemate had taken a job in QLD and she will be moving out next week.

Move in is flexible around 9-20th of March.

The house is mostly unfurnished ( we have the necessities such as a fridge, washer and of course a pool table).

The house has 3 bedrooms all built in robes, double garrage, the bedrooms are all carpeted and downstairs had a mix of carpet, tiles and the most stunning hardwood flooring.

Located between Oakleigh and hughesdale strain stations while being 900m from chadstone shopping centre the house has an awesome location for anyone studying or working in the south east.

About me,
I am Oli, I lovemusic festivals, dancing, running, racing triathlons and hiking. I am super competitive and love card/board games. I am finishing my final semester of university at Momash and work casually as a technician. I am 36 years old and love a tidy and clean home.

About Tom,
Tom had a pet Parrot Luna who is the most polite and cute ball of feathers you'll ever meet. An amazing chef and handy man who works as a restraunt and warehouse manager.
