The common areas are fully furnished but not the bedrooms. The house is in very good condition and had a cosmetic renovation about 10 years ago.

Carnegie station and Koornang Rd with shops, bars, and restaurants are a 10 minute walk. The train is 20 minutes to the city. Really close to Chadstone and Monash University.
