We are a short walk to Huntingdale Station (10min walk - and about 35min train ride to Flinders St) on the way the is a local shopping strip with many food varieties available, its a nice little community (a lot of Greek influence)
Close to the Monash fwy so pretty easy to get around to where you need to go. We are in the middle of the suburb so its very quiet, nice neighbors, local parks/ovals (fav place to walk as all the locals bring their dogs to play)
Ideal place for anyone going to Monash Uni
The house it's self, we got 4 rooms in total, 2 large, 2 med/small. we have the 1 bathroom but easy enough to share between 3 people. Nice big kitchen and lounge room, spacious front and back yard with a flourishing garden.
There is a carport and shed out the back giving plenty of storage space. On the rare occasion the kitchen might turn into a dancefloor
We have stuffies(Nat's stuffed toys) and art work throughout the house, we welcome anything you would like to decorate with.
we dont usually have many other people over, so its pretty safe and secure

All bills divided evenly monthly, they are usually not a lot last month power was $120 Gas $50
plus internet $80
so your share would be about $82 for the month, thats like $20 week

Im either out at a garden job, at the pool, or relaxing/working around the house, (perk of living with me, well kept gardens) I enjoy gaming or shows in my room when I relax. I like to cook but not too often, if you're lucky I'll share and offer food.
Excited for the summer season and going camping and to some festivals

Nat - Support worker - Personality = Introvert, polite, adhd/autistic/nerodivergent, very playful
She is either at work through the week, or going to park walk events on the weekend, just relaxing around home the rest of the time, very nerodivergent and comes with a duck companion called Petunia. Likes to do little hobbies like puzzles, painting or other arty projects, mostly chills in her room watching shows/playing games.
We are pretty relaxed, we keep the house clean and tidy and do our part when we see the need so no rosters. Nat cooks a few times a week, I might cook once or twice so plenty of kitchen time for you.
We mostly relax in our rooms while home but we do come out into the common spaces to chat and hang out.
We are 420 friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly, we dont care for politics or the drama of the world, we like to keep a safe quiet space to recharge
Ideally you are compatible with us, we are chill and quiet unless playing around, its not a party house but will host the occasional birthday or gathering.
Living with us we want you to feel part of the home and not just someone shoved into a corner of the house.
We are open to the idea of a temporary stay 6-12months if need be
