A small pantry is also available for your personal use. You can lock your portion away. A separate entrance makes this room very peaceful and private.

Hi, I am vacating a large sun lit room with a separate bathroom and car parking space with a separate entrance in a three bedroom house in a leafy street in Oakleigh South. Bills split between a total of 3 persons including you. Rent per week is 280. Bills extra. Buses are 5 mins. 10 mins walk to supermarkets and gym. 45 mins door to door to Townhall station ( my commute). Monash University is 25 mins by bus (733). Deakin University is also 17 mins by bus (903).Let me know if you are interested. Can make it available by Nov 1. Flexible with the move in dates. You can sign in for 6 or 12 months.
