Looking for person or a couple to move in a beautiful 2bdr house, in Ivanhoe 5min from the train station.
You would have the whole house for yourself except the few days when I come to visit.
I have already relocated to NSW and I am coming back once a month in the spare room.

Occupants Description
I am relocating in NSW but I will travel to Melbourne once a month and would love to keep the rental so I have a place to stay when in Melbourne.
I'm very active person working in the outdoors industry and mostly working from home. I am clean and respectful and love sharing a chat or a meal. I love living in this green and leafy surburb, close to trails, river parks.
From time to time I will bring my dog with me. Billy is a kelpie, energetic but well behaved, home trained and quiet at home. Happy for a dog owner to move in (subject to landlord's approval) but it may not work with a cat.
