Alternatively there is an empty room available with built in wardrobe (if you have your own furniture - and price can be decreased accordingly to $230pw).

The house offers a large cheerful living space (with spit system a/c) and looks out over the front garden. Tall pine trees offer privacy from the street and a pleasant aspect. The property has great sized kitchen/dining with dishwasher and gas cooking.
