You’ll be surrounded by nature, with Darebin Parklands, Sparks Reserve, Wilson Reserve, and the tranquil Yarra trails just a few minutes’ stroll away, all while staying close to everything you need. It's a 3-minute drive (or a 13-minute walk) to Ivanhoe Station, 7 minutes to Fairfield, and just 10 minutes to Northcote.

The outdoor space has a large garden + outdoor space, private, and perfect for morning coffee, sunbathing, or evening chats under the stars. Double garage space.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed with 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a kitchen, laundry. Offering the best of both connection and privacy.

🛏️ YOUR ROOM
You’ll have a generously sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, located at the back of the house. I’m at the front, so we’ll each have our privacy. You’ll also have the option of entering from the back.
The bathroom (with both bathtub and shower) and toilet will be mostly for your use (I have an ensuite, though I might sneak in for the occasional soak in the tub on a chilly evening).
